Meadowview Apartments
Meadowview Apartments is a two story 72-unit gated community positioned on six acres of meadowland with a view of the Sonoma Hills. These Santa Rosa Apartments are just minutes from Target, Costco, dining, schools and much more. There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom one-and-a-half bath townhouses. The townhomes also offer fireplaces. There are two laundry rooms with 6 washers and 6 dryers in each. There is also a picnic area and pool.
The complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Each resident is responsible for all utilities. One covered parking space is assigned to each unit. Guest parking is available. One indoor cat allowed with an additional security deposit.
All units are rented on a month-to-month basis.

Once you have submitted your application we can generally complete the process within 24 hours.
Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month and can either be hand-delivered or postmarked by the 5th of the month with no late fee. If rent is paid after that there is a late fee as explained in your rental agreement.
We allow 1 indoor cat with a $400 additional deposit.
Each apartment has an assigned covered parking space and ample open space parking is available.
If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office and report the problem. There are also maintenance request forms for your convenience in the laundry room.
We offer month to month rental agreements.
For the 1 Bedroom 3 people including all children. For the 2 Bedrooms 5 people including all children.
No utilities are paid by the landlord.
