Meadowrock Duplexes is a 32-unit complex that is situated along a quiet cul-de-sac off Coffey Lane. This Santa Rosa Apartment complex is near Coddingtown Mall which offers many shops including Wolf Coffee and a new Whole Foods coming soon. The duplexes are 1,000 square feet and have all-electric kitchens.
These two story duplexes have two bedrooms, one-and-a-half bath, energy efficient washer, dryer, one car garage and a fenced backyard. There are 2 stud walls with extra insulation between units to provide maximum Sound Control. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The hot water and heat are gas. Each resident is responsible for all utilities. Front yard landscaping maintenance is provided and paid by the landlord.
No Pets Please. All units are rented on a month-to-month basis.

Once you have submitted your application we can generally complete the process within 24 hours.
Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
5 people including all children.
We offer month to month rental agreements.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month and can either be hand-delivered or postmarked by the 5th of the month with no late fee. If rent is paid after that there is a $30 late fee.
We do not allow any pets.
Each duplex has a 1 car garage and driveway area. There is also ample parking on the street.
If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office and report the problem. There are also maintenance request forms for your convenience in the laundry room next to the office.
No utilities are paid by the landlord.
