Meadowrock Apartments
Meadowrock Apartments is a two story 72-unit all two-bedroom complex that is situated along a quiet cul-de-sac off Coffey Lane. This Santa Rosa Apartment complex is located near Coddingtown Mall which offers many shops including Wolf Coffee and a new Whole Foods coming soon.
All apartments are 800 square feet and face a central courtyard with a solar heated swimming pool, spa and laundry room with 6 washers and 6 dryers surrounded by mature landscaping. The upstairs apartments have raised ceilings with deck areas and downstairs apartments have private patios. Extra care was taken in construction with 1 1/2" light weight concrete between floors and 2 stud walls with extra insulation between units to provide maximum Sound Control.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Each unit has an all-electric kitchen and gas heating. Sewer, water and garbage are paid by the landlord. The other utilities are the responsibility of the resident. One covered parking space is assigned to each unit. Guest parking is available.
No pets please. All units are rented on a month-to-month basis.

Once you have submitted your application we can generally complete the process within 24 hours.
Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
We offer month to month rental agreements.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month and can either be hand-delivered or postmarked by the 5th of the month with no late fee. If rent is paid after that there is a late fee as explained in your rental agreement.
We do not allow any pets.
Each apartment has an assigned covered parking space and ample open space parking is available.
If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office and report the problem. There are also maintenance request forms for your convenience in the laundry room.
5 people including all children.
We pay for water, sewer and garbage.
