Coddingtown Mall Apartments
Coddingtown Mall Apartments is a two story 230-unit complex consisting of all one-bedroom units. This Santa Rosa Apartment complex is located across the street from banks, social security office, post office and the Coddingtown Mall which offers many shops including Wolf Coffee and a new Whole Foods coming soon.
Each unit is 600 square feet with a large walk-in closet in the bedroom, large all-electric kitchen and gas heating. The upstairs apartments have deck areas and downstairs apartments have private patios. The upstairs have vaulted ceilings. Extra care was taken in construction with 1 1/2" light weight concrete between floors and 2 stud walls with extra insulation between units to provide maximum Sound Control. The complex is beautifully landscaped with giant redwoods, lush greenery and is very well maintained.
Each resident is responsible for their own electricity, gas, telephone and cable television. The other utilities are paid by landlord. There is a laundry room, in the complex, with ten washers and dryers. One covered parking space is assigned to each unit. Guest parking is available.
One indoor cat allowed with an additional security deposit. All units are rented on a month-to-month basis.

Once you have submitted your application we can generally complete the process within 24 hours.
Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
We offer month to month rental agreements.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month and can either be hand-delivered or postmarked by the 5th of the month with no late fee. If rent is paid after that there is a late fee as explained in your rental agreement.
We allow 1 indoor cat with a $400 additional deposit.
Each apartment has an assigned covered parking space and ample open space parking is available.
If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office and report the problem. There are also maintenance request forms for your convenience in the laundry room.
3 people including all children.
We pay for water, sewer and garbage.
