Summary
Altamont Apartments is a four story 230-unit apartment complex designed for senior (55+) living. This complex offers many amenities including: air conditioning, pool, spa, elevators, movie theatre, fitness room, party tables, cards and other games. Social activities are offered on a regular basis. These Rohnert Park Apartments are conveniently located within walking distance of: Senior Center, shopping, banking, post office, bus stop, dining and much more. Wi-Fi is available in common areas.
Extra care was taken in construction with 1 1/2" light weight concrete between floors and 2 stud walls with extra insulation between units to provide maximum Sound Control. The grounds are beautifully maintained and abundant parking is available.
There are studios, one-bedrooms, junior penthouses and penthouse apartments. Units have ample closet space. Each resident is responsible for their own electricity, telephone and cable television. The other utilities are paid by the landlord. There is a laundry room on every floor with three washers and dryers in each of them.
There are low-income/reduced-rent tax credit programs available to help keep your rent below market rates. No smoking and no pets please. Units are rented on a month-to-month basis with some six-month leases available for our tax credit program.

Once you have submitted your application we can generally complete the process within 24 hours.
Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM & Saturday 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
We offer month to month rental agreements. For our low income program they are 6 month lease then month to month after that.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month and can either be hand-delivered or postmarked by the 5th of the month with no late fee. If rent is paid after that there is a late fee as explained in your rental agreement.
We do not allow any pets.
Each apartment has an assigned covered parking space and ample open space parking is available.
If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office and report the problem. There are also maintenance request forms in the lobby above the correspondence slot.
We pay for water & hot water, sewer and garbage.
